What are lab-grown diamonds?: Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are created in a controlled laboratory environment using the same natural processes that form diamonds underground. The only difference is their origin.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?: Yes. They share the same crystal structure, hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), brilliance, and fire as mined diamonds. Even professional gemologists cannot distinguish them without specialized equipment.
What is the difference between a lab-grown and a mined diamond?: Origin only. Mined diamonds form over billions of years deep in the earth; lab-grown diamonds replicate that process in weeks. Lab-grown diamonds carry none of the ethical or environmental concerns associated with mining, and they typically cost 50–70% less — meaning a larger, better stone for the same budget.
Are lab-grown diamonds certified?: Yes. Our diamonds are graded and certified by leading gemological laboratories (IGI, GIA). Each certificate confirms the stone's cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
Will a lab-grown diamond lose its sparkle over time?: No. Lab-grown diamonds are just as durable as mined diamonds. They will not fade, cloud, or lose brilliance. Your ring will sparkle just as beautifully decades from now.

What metals are available?: Most pieces are available in 14K Yellow Gold, 14K White Gold, 14K Rose Gold, and 925 Sterling Silver. Options are listed on each product page.

Can I see the piece before I buy?: Yes — book a virtual or in-person appointment with our team. We'll walk you through options, share detailed photos, and answer every question before you commit.
Do you offer payment installments?: Installment options through Shop Pay may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?: Yes. We ship Canada-wide and worldwide, fully insured. Free shipping on all orders over $1,000 CAD.
How long does delivery take?: Canada: 3–7 business days. International varies by destination. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
How is my order packaged?: Every piece arrives in our signature luxury gift box, ready for gifting — discreet on the outside with no price information visible.
Will I get a tracking number?: Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

What is your return policy?: 30-day returns. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Is there a warranty?: Yes. All Italia Diamonds pieces are covered against manufacturing defects. Contact us if you experience any issue with your jewelry.
